Obituary of Samuel Perez

Samuel "Sandwich" Nieves Perez, age 65, of Bridgeport passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, November 22, 2009. Samuel was born in Puerto Rico but had moved into the Bridgeport are many years ago. He is survived by his daughter Surgei Maldonado and her husband Alexander of Bridgeport; his grandchildren Glenda Lee, Brenda Lee, Alyssa and Alexander, Jr. his sisters Juanita Valle, and Consuelo Nunez both of Bridgeport and Julia Santos of Stratford, CT; and nieces, nephews relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Funeral services have been scheduled for Wednesday, November 25, 2009 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (La Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charles Church.
