Obituary of Ana Nieves

Nieves-Ana Nieves, age 47 of Bridgeport, beloved wife and mother was called the be with the Lord on May 28, 2007 in Bridgeport Hospital. Ana was born in Brooklyn, New York but was a Bridgeport resident for the past 11 years. Ana had been employed by the Bridgeport Board of Education Parent Center for three years where she worked as an outreach worker. She was a graduate of the Parent Leadership Training Institute class of 1999. She also worked closely with ASPIRA and the Kith and Kin Program. Ana touched so many lives and she loved to cook, Dance and had an infectious laugh. She will be sadly missed by her husband Nicholas Nieves Jr. of Bridgeport; her son Laquan Victoria of Bridgeport; daughter Patricia N. Nieves and Ana N. Nieves both of Bridgeport and other relatives and friends ;. Calling hours will be held at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington ave., Bridgeport on Saturday (TODAY), June 2, 2007 from 4-7 P.M.
