One of my favorite memories with Isaiah was the day I bought him a suction cup dart gun. We would sit on his bed by the entrance of the living room and wait or call for someone to walk by. Then we would peg them with a dart on the back of the head. We and all of the targets had great laughs.LOL!! I love you Isaiah. RIP Auntie Jeanette

Isaiah was an amazing little boy, full of life and wisdom beyond his years. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to know him and I am beyond sorrow that the world has lost such an incredible child. Sometimes the Lord grants us his greatest blessings for only a short while so we may learn unconditional love and how to be thankful for everything we have. You will be missed Isaiah, missed like no other.

The week ahead will be the hardess that any family will go through but we will do what needs to be done. I keep asking why but there are no answers that make any sense. So I must believe what I've been taught .God is on time, so I will with broken heart say Goodbye to my very special nephew Isaiah Alexander Joseph. He was not only my nephew but my one and only Godchild. What an honor it was the day I was asked. He was wise beyound his 8 and a half years. I remember when he visited and we talked about being sick, He asked were you scared in the hospital?I said yes he said he didn't remember being in the hospital, but then he remembered eating pizza pepperoni. He was so sweet but also so comical . he was not a big eater but he liked what he liked. Especially chocolate so this was the boy for me I taught him freeze the Hershey and then drink water and it tasted like yoohoo. I would say What time is it? Chocolate time. I doubt I will ever eat chocolate again that taste so good. With a very heavy heart I wii say Goodbye but not until I say Until we meet again. But each time I say the word Angel or I see one I Will think of my very special nephew Isaiah.

I had the honor and priviledge of caring for and loving Isaiah Alexander Joseph since his infancy. He is a loving, kind individual who had a heart of gold. He is a child that needed love, but he loved you back with a huge heart. He would tell me that he loved me bigger than all of God's universes, and you cannot get bigger than that. Who could argue with that? Not I. Isaiah attended church and loved to go to bible study which was taught by Ms. Holly and Mr. Shea. Isaiah also participated in the Christmas plays and he was one of the Angels, so I can now invision him now being a special Angel. During the summers Isaiah went to Vacation Bible Study and learned more and more about Jesus. His love for Jesus was superb and he spoke about Jesus as if Jesus was his best friend, and I am sure he was. Isaiah wanted to be a preacher and wanted to go and teach the soldiers about Jesus. Isaiah had his testament to tell and he felt a need to share his story to all his friends. He told the other children that he would be returning to Jesus, but he was not afraid and he would be fine. It is amazing that an eight year old was such an inspiration for so many others. We started a prayer chain with Prayers for Isaiah on Face book and hundreds of people responded to this web page. We also told Isaiah's story on Caringbridge.org and there were 2,677 hits on this website. Could you image having this many people know about you and your story? Isaiah also had a cute sense of humor and loved to tease Angel and me about our age, but he would joke about Angel needing a hover round and a life alert. So funny. When we did not understand his words because he had difficulty speaking, I told him I had old ears, so he told me he had to live with someone who had young ears. Before Isaiah went into third grade, he received a Bible. He did not attend church that day because he did not feel well, so his friend Tristan received the Bible for him and brought it to our house. When we went to bed, Isaiah wanted me to read the Book of Job. Isaiah knew many of the stories, but it was important to him for me to read this story. That must have been a God thing, because he knew that I would be losing him. I held Isaiah in my arms nightly for his short eight years and I was present when Isaiah went to the arms of Jesus. I saw him peacefully leave this world and I am so happy that Jesus was there for him. I know that God has a plan for all of us, but never thought Isaiah would leave us this soon. I am proud of this little soldier and appreciated all his love and for sharing his life. I am truly blessed.
