Obituary of Edwin Hernandez

Edwin Hernandez, age 54, of Bridgeport entered into the peaceful rest of the Lord on March 30, 2011 in Bridgeport Hospital; Edwin was born in Buffalo, New York before moving into the Bridgeport area many years ago. Edwin had been employed in various places where he counseled persons of many backgrounds assisting them during trialing times in their lives; he is the son of the late the Dolores Hernandez and Lydia Hernandez of Miami Florida; In addition to his mother he is survived by his beloved wife of over 21 years Nancy Rosado Hernandez of Bridgeport; his sons Daniel, Gabriel, and Jeffrey Rosado; daughters Tanya Hernandez and Melissa and Christina Rivera; one brother Carlos Hernandez of Miami Florida; one sister Daisy Hansen of Chicago, Illinois; three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him; he was also predeceased by one brother the late José Hernandez; friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 10 AM until 1:00 PM at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de NUESTRO Pueblo), 426 E.
