Obituary of Ramon Fernandez

Ramon Fernandez III, age 29, currently of Ansonia, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 4, 2009 in Bridgeport; Raymond was born in Bridgeport but had moved to Ansonia in the most recent years of his life. He had been employed for many years at the Montero Tobacco, a place where he considered his coworkers as family. Raymond will be sadly missed with a personality never to be forgotten. He is the son of Raymond Fernandez Jr. of New Haven and Evelyn Fernandez of Bridgeport;In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Alison Fernandez of Ansonia; his son Raymond Fernandez IV of Ansonia; daughter Nariah Fernandez of Ansonia, CT; grandmother Edelmira Hernandez of Bridgeport; brothers Luis A. DeJesus, Angel Marrero, Richard Soto, William Perez and Carlos Nieves; Sisters Elsie, Miko, Tuty, Coquie, Helene, and Kime; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, January 8, 2009 beginning at 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad ), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home.
