Obituary of Olga Arroyo

Olga Isabel Arroyo, age 80, of Bridgeport, CT entered into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Saint Vincent's Medical Center. Olga was born on July 8, 1930 in Utuado, Puerto Rico. She is the daughter of the late Jose Castellano and the late Juana Romero. She is the beloved matriarch of her family who was known for being a wonderful mother, extraordinary grandmother, and a good friend to all. She leaves behind to cherish her sons Hector Arroyo of Lehigh, FL, Osvaldo Arroyo and his wife Nelly of Fort Myers, FL, Jose Arroyo of Fort Myers, Helbert Paneto and his wife Gladys of Bridgeport, CT, Orlando Escobales and his wife Pamela of Stratford, CT; daughters Herminia Rodriguez and her husband Ramon of Bridgeport, CT, Minerva Rosa of Springfield, Massachusetts, Migdalia Carmona and her husband Cesar of Bridgeport, CT, Isabel Rivera and her husband Miguel of Bridgeport, CT, Judy Paneto of Bridgeport, CT, Olga Paneto-Urbaez of Bridgeport, and Marilyn Escobales of Bridgeport, CT; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. friends and family that will miss her dearly. She is predeceased by twosons Efrain Paneto and Wilfredo Paneto. Calling hours for Olga will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010 from 7-9 PM at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (La Funeraria Nuestra) in Bridgeport. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 beginning at 8:00A.M. at the funeral home. A mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery.
