Obituary of Amalio Aldahondo

Amalio "Mayin" Aldahondo, age 86 of Bridgeport passed away into a peaceful rest on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in Bridgeport Hospital. Amalio was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico but had moved into the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the son of hte late Amalio Aldahondo and the late Juan B. Salgado; He was an avid Mets fan who always had a cheerful dispositon to all who came around him. Amalio leaves to cherish his memory his brother Gilberto Aldahondo and his wife Gloria of Bridgeport; nieces Judith and Carmen Aldahondo all of Bridgeport and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Funeral services have been scheduled for Thursday, January 28, 2010 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT followed by interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport; friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday (TODAY), January 27, 2010 from 5-8 P.M.
