Obituary of Mildred Colon

Mildred Colon, age 52, of Prospect, CT, passed away into the Presence of the Lord on November 17, 2011 at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Mildred was a loving woman with a contagious personality. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and friend who had wonderful ability to communicate with everyone especially all her children and connect with them; You couldn't help but to love Mildred every time you ran into her. With an amazing ability to hide any struggles she only shared the joy within her every time you saw her. She is the daughter of the late Lydia Gonzalez and Rafo Gonzalez of Bridgeport; In addition to her father she is survived by her loving husband Enudio Colon; her sons Enudio Colon Jr., and Emmanuel Colon; daughters, Maiary Torres, and Natasha Colon, Crystah Colon, Jalyxea Colon, Makaylia Colon and Makynzi Colon; one brother, Rafael Gonzalez; her sisters, Nancy Gonzalez, Miriam Ocasio, Jessica Calvao, Lillian Martinez & Jenny Duran Franques; 5 Grandchildren and a host of friends and family that will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling Hours on Sunday, November 20th, 2011 from 6:00 P.M.- 9:00 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( Peaceful Light Funeral Home ), 426 E.
