Obituary of Elisa DeJesus

Elisa De Jesus, age 85 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT. She is the beloved widow of Jose Antonio Colon. Elisa was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico daughter of the late Alejandro De Jesus and Teresa Mateo. She is survived by her sons Jose Colon, Rafael Colon, and Carmelo Diaz; her daughters Virginia Colon and Iraida Colon; her siblings Ricardo Mateo, Carmilo Mateo, Teresa Nieves, Cristina Feliciano, and Virginmina ; eleven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly. In addition to her spouse and parents she is also predeceased by her children Roberto Colon, Esperanza Diaz, and William De Jesus.
