Obituary of Robert Vega

Robert Vega, age 51, of Stratford passed away suddenly into the Glorious Presence of the Lord on September 13, 2017 in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. Robert was born in New York, NY but had relocated to the Connecticut area many years ago. He is the son of Luis Vega and Norma Vega. In addition to his father he is also survived by his son Robert Vega, Jr.; his daughter Melanie Vega; his ste-daughter Angela Umpierre; his brothers Stephen Vega and Michael Vega; his sister Laura Kahn; his grandchildren Jesiah Vega and Jordan Vega; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport.
