I've lived my entire life with three fathers,
Robert, Michael, and Stephen and honestly Robert I don't know how to live without you. My dearest uncle, I know, that like me, many of us cant believe that you're gone because we were just not ready. And saying goodbye to you, is again one of the hardest things I've ever had to do but sometimes life throws you blows that we just have no choice but to overcome and even though most of us don't know how right now, I know that's what you would've wanted. My uncle Robert, was the most loving person I know, he loved his kids, his family, and his friends more than words can say. He was an amazing father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend, he encouraged us to be a better family, to be together, he protected us, he loved and took care of me and my dogs when I needed it, he gave mommy rides when i couldn't, he cooked me the best chuleta guiso ever, probably more times than I can even remember.. but what I will miss most is his energy, his soul and his vibrant personality.
But, what I'm most sure of is that you will be missed by all. We will miss your smile, your salsa music coming down the street, and your ringtones, but mostly we will miss your contagious laugh and positive spirit. You, have made mine and Bambi's life the most special even when we didn't know it and now I will forever hate Sundays because you're no longer there. I don't know how to watch Power anymore cause I know how much you loved it. And I'm not sure that I can ever make a sancocho again because I know how much you wanted it. You are my dearest, most favorite uncle, and all I can say, is that I wish you peace and no suffering, happiness with no pain but most importantly I wish you joy in the arms of god. May Noel guide your spirit and you're mom hold you close but just know that you will live with us forever. I, tio Robert, will love you forever and I know you wouldn't want us to be sad, but please help us survive without you because all of us just don't know how. Te quiero mucho mí tío y bendición.

I am deeply sadden by the passing of Rob. He was a wonderful man who always made me smile when he walked into the store. He will be missed by all of us here at the Trumbull Home Depot. Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

My most deepest condolences. Words will never be enough to express how saddened I am for the lost the family has suffered. Robert was always so full of life, joy, love and laughter. His infectious belly laugh and warm smile will be greatly missed. His personality was certainly bigger than life in every sense of the word.
