Obituary of Manuel Rivera

Manuel Rivera, age 73, of Bridgeport passed away into the Glorious presence of the Lord on September 9, 2017 in Bridgeport Hospital, CT. Manuel was born in Juncos, Puerto Rico to the late Luis Rivera and Lydia Gonzalez. He is the beloved husband of Luz Molina-Rivera. In addition to his spouse he is survived by his daughter Luz Falcon; many siblings, nieces, and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. The Funeral Service will commence at 1 p.m., followed by interment in Park Cemetery, 650 Lindley St. Bridgeport, CT'.
