Obituary of Maria Rodriguez

Maria Rodriguez, age 68 of Bridgeport, returned to the Arms of the Lord on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. She was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to Aurea Maldonado and the late Juaquin Rodriguez. In addition to her mother she is also survived by her sons Santos Rodriguez, Angel Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, and Abraham Rodriguez; her daughters Evette Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, and Victoria Rodriguez; her sisters Saturnina Guevara and Evelyn Martinez; twenty eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.  In addition to her father she is also predeceased by her husband Abraham Rodriguez and Emilio Segarra.  Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. Her interment will follow in Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley St. Bridgeport, CT .
