Obituary of Juan Cardona

Juan Cardona, age 83 of New Haven, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in his residence. He was the adoring husband of Irma Cardona. Juan was born in Lares, Puerto Rico; son of the late Jose Cardona and Maria Inocencia Cruz. He is the caring father of Juan Cardona, Jr., Angel D. (Elizabeth) Cardona, Ramito (Celia) Cardona, Edward (Aida) Cardona, Abraham (Fawn) Cardona, Carmen Thomas, Luz (Marcelino) Rivera, and Blanca Denisi; the caring grandfather of 22 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; and the brother of Fernando and Porfidio Cardona. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 beginning at 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Manantial de Vida, 855 Grand Ave. New Haven, CT 06511. A service will follow in the church at 1:00 P.M. followed by interment in Evergreen Cemetery,769 Ella T Grasso Blvd, New Haven, CT 06519.
