Obituary of Julio Alvarado

Julio Alvarado, age 74, currently of Trumbull, passed away into a peaceful rest of the Lord on March 7, 2017 in St. Josephs Healthcare, Trumbull, CT; Julio was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the beloved son of the late Pedro Alvarado and the late Angelina Vega; He is the beloved husband of Aurea Marrero; In addition to his wife, Julio is survived by his sons Julio Alvarado, Jr. and Eddie Alvarado; his step-son Florencio Salgado; his daughters Yolanda Alvarado, Marisol Alvarado, and Marylou Gonzalez; his brother Felix Alvarado Vega; his sister Virginia Claudio and Adela Alvarado Vega; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends whom will sadly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, March 10, 2017 beginning at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT.
