I was a job coach with Eddie for years at the Kennedy Center. He was always telling jokes and being friendly with his co-workers. We would talk about old Frankenstein and Dracula movies . He loved rock and roll music that he played on his CD player on the weekends. His friendly smile and laugh will be missed in the halls of the Kennedy Center. Rest in peace Buddy!

I was a job coach with Eddie for several years at the Kennedy Center and he was a pleasure to work with and be around. He was always eager to talk about all kinds of music and movies on the car rides, and always was a reliable and hard worker. My prayers and condolences go out to the entire family. To the Thergood and Bridgeforth family, I offer my deepest condolences. I didn't know my cousin Lil Eddie well as I moved from P.T. at a young age, but what I do remember is someone who was kind and caring for others. Eddie had a light around him even back then. You could tell that God had his hand on Lil Eddie's heart and would always protect him. e is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior and will forever be protected. Lil Eddie was a person that impacted everyone who was in his presence even for a short time. We all can learn a lesson from his giving and kind sprit. RIP
