Obituary of Esteban "Steven" Otero

Esteban Otero, "Steven" age 58, of Bridgeport passed away into the Peaceful Presence of the Lord on October 29, 2016 in Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT while surrounded by his loving family. He is the son of the late Evaristo Otero Lopez and Julia Cosme of Bridgeport; Esteban was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He had been employed at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT for many years as a Nurse's Aide where he graciously cared for his patients even winning and awarded Employee of the Year for simply for being the awesome person he naturally was. Esteban leaves, besides his mother, to cherish his memory, his brothers, Domingo, Pedro, Justino, Oscar, Alexander, Abel, and Alexi Otero and Angel Resto; His sisters Delia and Berta Otero; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Friend are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
