Obituary of Edward Shek

Edward Richard Shek, age 45, entered into eternal rest suddenly at his residence in East Haven. Born Jan. 8, 1971 to Edward W. Shek and Judy Shek and the late Beverly A. Staff in Milford, CT. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Kathryn E. Shek. Ed will be missed by his sisters Kristine M. Shek of Branford, CT and Karen E. Hellthaler and her husband of Trumbull, CT; his nieces Danielle L. Hellthaler and Chayse C. Hellthaler of Trumbull, CT and Mila Evora of Branford, CT; his nephew Jalen Glover of Branford, CT; his uncle and aunt Richard and Patricia Shek of Hebron, CT; his cousin Mariana Shek and her husband of Cromwell, CT; and many other relatives and friends. Ed was a loving son, brother and uncle who had a kind and generous heart. A memorial service will be held for family and friends to attend at a time and date to be decided.
