Obituary of Ana Delia Jimenez

Ana Delia Jimenez, age 78, of Bridgeport, passed away into the Glorious presence of the Lord on Monday, October 18, 2016 in St. Vincent's Medical Center while surrounded by her loving family. Ana was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to the late Antonio Sosa and Julia Ramos. She is survived by her beloved husband of forty five years Santos Jimenez; her daughter Ana Torres; her granddaughter Melanie Torres, her grandson Zael Rios, and her great-grandson Ezhail Burke whom were the loves of her life; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2016 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Ave, Bridgeport. Interment will follow at Mt. Grove Cemetery, 2675 North Avenue, Bridgeport.
