Obituary of Gloria M. Santos

Santos, Gloria M., Age 78, of Ansonia, CT passed away into the Glorious Presence of the Lord on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 in Bridgeport Hospital while surrounded by her loving family. She is the daughter of the late Francisco Santos and the late Maria Garcia; Gloria was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area over 50 years ago but most recently to Ansonia; Gloria loved the Lord and without a doubt a woman of faith, unwaivered by life's circumstances and faithful above all to God. She was a vibrant member of Iglesia Cristiana Renacer in Bridgeport since it began; She had an amazing sense of humor and everyone never knew what to expect from her as she would surprise you with what she would say. Gloria leaves to cherish her memory her sons Ramon (Nelly) Rodriguez, Eduardo (Sonia) Rodriguez, and Rafael (Cindy) Rodriguez; Her daughters Elizabeth (Joey) Melendez, Migalia (Joseph) Valdalez, Carmen (Luis) Pedraza and Damaris (Monserrate) Irizarry; her grandchildren Jose (Joey), Joshua, Joseph, Veronica, Danny, Isaias, MAtthew, Nathan, Christopher, Cynthia, Eduardo, Jr.. Amanda, Jose (Macho), Mercedes, Jasmine, Johnathan and Desi; 8 great grandchildren; her sister Christina Falcon; brother Miguel Velazquez; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her; In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by her son the Late Jose Luis Otano; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
