Obituary of Freddie Ramos

Freddie Ramos, age 54, of Bridgeport entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Norwalk Hospital, Norwalk, CT. Freddie was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico to Luz Leon and the late Miguel Ramos. He was a fan of many sports, in particular boxing and baseball. The Yankees were his favorite baseball team. Freddie loved and cared for his family unconditionally. In addition to his mother he is also survived by his son Jonathan Ramos; his siblings Modesto Ramos, Milly Diaz, and Sara Diaz; his former spouse Nereida Morales; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly. He is predeceased by his siblings Moises Diaz, Edwin Ramos, Elizabeth Ramos, Carlos Diaz, and William Ramos. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Friday, October 7, 2016 starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeal Home. The interment will follow at Mt. Grove Cemetery, 2675 North Ave, Bridgeport.
