Obituary of Carmen G. Felix

Carmen G. Felix, age 55, passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Monday, September 19, 2016 in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. Carmen was born in Bridegeport, CT to Margarita Burgos and the late Jose Malave. In addition to her mother she is also survived by her husband Juan A. Felix; her son Juan J. Felix; her daughters Monica Felix (Nelson), Mariana Sullivan, and Vanessa Gonzalez; her siblings Hector Malave, Jose Malave (Madeline), Michelle Malave, Victoria Malave, and Edna Malave; her grandchildren Elijah M. Felix, Jaelynn Soler, and Ryan Velez; many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss her. She was predeceased by baby Miracle Felix and Baby boy Felix. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home) 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport. Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday, September 22, 2016 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Peter's Church, 695 Colorado Ave, Bridgeport. Her burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Ave, Bridgeport.
