Obituary of Miguel Lopez

Miguel A. Lopez, age 76, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Friday, August 28, 2016 at his home in Bridgeport. He was the beloved husband of Emma Lopez. Miguel was born in El Salvador, son of the late Miguel Lopez and Carmen Argueta prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the loving father of Miguel Lopez, Gladys Lopez, Vanessa Lopez, and Carmen Lopez; the caring grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; the brother of Oscar Lopz, Sara Lopez, and Dora Rosa. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends that will sorely miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Thursday September 1, 2016 starting at 10 a.m. at First Seventh Day Adventist Church, 980 Sylvan Ave Bridgeport.
