Ramses Hernandez, age 1, of Stamford, passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on August 12, 2016 in Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT; Ramses was born in Stamford to Ismael M. Hernandez and Karlin Y. Checo. His short life, filled with joy will be remembered forever. He is survived by his brother Ismael Hernandez, Jr. and his sister Darlenis Batista of Stamford; and his grandparents and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
