Obituary of Lynnette Selmani

Lynnette Selmani, age 42, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2016 in Regional Hospice, Danbury, CT while surrounded by her loving family. She is the daughter Refat Selmani and the late Haydee Rodriguez; Lynnette was a vibrant woman with a heart of Gold. Her sense of humor and contagious laugh will be sadly missed by all. She is survived by her son Nicholas Pagan of Bridgeport; Her daughters Ciara Colon, Sasha Rosario and Alexis Rivera; Her Brother Mendi Selmani and his wife Kristen; Nieces Kelsey, Kassidy and Madison; Her friend whom she considered like her sister Victoria Perez Salazar; and a Host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 beginning at 11:30 A.M-12:30 P.M. where there will be time to share the memories and moments with Lynnette. Service will be held at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608; Final disposition will be private at the convenience of the family. Lynnette shared her wishes with her children and close friends and wanted everyone to celebrate her memory by having a memorial service and asking everyone to wear vibrant colors reflecting the joy of her personality. In accordance to those wishes, the family request anyone in attendance at her Memorial service refrain from dressing in dark colors. We want to make sure her wishes and desires are done in accordance to what she wanted.
