Obituary of Norma Stygles

Norma Stygles, age 80 of Stratford, entered into eternal rest early Tuesday morning, June 7, 2016 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, surrounded by love. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Stygles. Norma was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico; daughter of the late Enrique and Dolores Claudio prior to relocating to Connecticut many years ago. She was employed as a secretary through the Board of Education before her retirement. Norma, an active member of the Baldwin Center, loved spending her time playing Bingo and Wii bowling with her friends. She is the loving mother of Melinda Stygles and Dawn (Carlos) Rosado; the caring grandmother of Yvette Flores, Santos Flores (Sandra), Toni Constante (Juan), and Marlee Rosado; and the adoring great grandmother of Julian Flores, Layla Flores, and Yvelisse Cotto. She is also survived by extended family and friends that will sorely miss her. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Norma's life with a mass on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 12 p.m. Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06607.
