Heriberto Martínez López, of Hemptstead, New York, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 30, 2011 in the Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rockville, NY; Heriberto was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on July 12, 1933 to late Manuel Martínez Bonilla and the late Juana López Rosado; He leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters Marianela (Michael) Acevedo of Baroda, Michigan, Annette (Abel) Perez of Bridgeport, CT and Idalia Dottie (Paul) Wolf of Long Island, NY; Eight Sons, Norberto (Jeanne) Martínez Jr of Stratford, CT, Abraham (Jeannette) Martinez of Naugatuck, CT, Michael Mark Martinez of Brooklyn, NY, Edwin (Wanda) Martinez of Stratford, CT, Lionel (Jenny) Martínez of Milwaukee, WI, Richard Tito (Evelyn) Martínez of Orlando, Florida, Christian Martínez Ramos of Hempstead, NY, & Efrain (Maria) Martínez of Morris Plain, N.J.; One Brother Brauillo (Ramonita ) Martínez Lopez of Orlando, Florida; 28 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews ( special mention of Manuel Ramos whom Heriberto always visited when he would come to Connecticut), cousins and other relatives and friends; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz ( La Funeraria de NUESTRO Pueblo ), 426 E.
