Obituary of Hector Santiago

Hector Santiago, age 75, of Zephyrhills, Florida, entered into rest on June 2, 2011 in Florida Hospital in Zephyrhills, Florida; Hector was born in Canovanas, Puerto Rico but had lived in the Bridgeport area many years prior to relocating to Zephyrhills; He is the beloved husband of Esperanza Santiago whom he married over 55 years ago. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Martin Santiago, Ernesto Santiago and Francisco Santiago Jr.; daughters Esperanza Ojeda Santiago, Marilyn Marmol and Faith Santiago; fifteen grandchildren, Krystal Mathurin, Leah Ojeda, Joshua Marmol, Megan Santiago, Jessica Santiago, Francisco Santiago Jr., Hector Santiago III, Jazmyn Santiago, Rebeca Marmol, Ernesto Santiago Jr., Jaylene Santiago, Julian Garcia, Alize Santiago, Javan Santiago and Michael Eliahs Valle; and two great grandchildren Londo J'adore Mathurin and Harmony Nevaeh Gauthier; and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. Hector was predeceased by one son, the late Hector Santiago Jr.; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de NUESTRO Pueblo), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport; Final Disposition will be private at the convenience of the family.
