Obituary of Omar Valencia

Valencia-Omar Valencia, age 50, of Bridgeport, passed away into the Gates of Heaven on May 11, 2011 in Fairfield. Omar was born in Medellin, Colombia and was the son of the late Roberto and Mariel Quintana Valencia. He had worked for the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield in the Maintenance Department. Omar was a very religious man who loved his family. He will be missed dearly by his cherished wife Gloria Gomez Valencia and his loving children Carolina , Elizabeth and Jhon Valencia all of Bridgeport, siblings Martha Valencia, Isbelia Valencia, Carlos Valencia all of Bridgeport , eight other siblings living in Columbia and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Monday May 16, 2011 from 7 to 9 PM in the Funeraria Luz de Paz. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at 11 AM directly at St. Charles Church in Bridgeport. Final disposition will be held privately at the convenience of the family. .
