Obituary of Juan Quiroga Davalos

Juan Quiroga Davalos, age 85, of Bridgeport died peacefully in his home on May 9, 2011 while surrounded by his dear family. Juan was a wonderful loving man who was born in Lima, Peru before moving into the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the beloved husband of Camila Quiroga of Bridgeport who he married over 68 years ago. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons Humberto, Leopoldo and his wife Isabel, Carlos and his wife Angela, Alberto and his wife Elga, Alfredo and his wife Minerva, Raul and his wife Flor de Maria, Jose and Pedro and his wife Jacqueline Quiroga; daughters Marcela Sullivan and her husband Frank & Luz V. Avila and Angela M. Figueroa and her husband Charlie; thirty six grandchildren Karina, Paola, Krenly, John, Aldo, Carmen, Carlos A., Vannessa, Katerina, Luz K., Miguel A., Jose H., Milagros, Valentina, Ana, Juan A., Richard, Joseph, Timothy, Claudia, Diana, Raul A., Judith, Giannina, Juan S., Eric, Pedro I., Jacob Quiroga, Evelyn Obregon, Noelia Bonilla, Lorein Miller, Carla Carozzi, Mary Sullivan, Jesus Sanchez, Erika Marrero and her husband Jerry, Dennis Figueroa, & Leslie Figueroa; great grandchildren, Josue, Mateo, Dilan, Aldo, Camucha, Katerine, Valeska, Leonardo, Genesis, Daniel, Alfredo, Joey, Celine, Joseph, Alexander Jr., Timothy, Yasimari, Anthony Jr., Andre, Alvaro, Alexia, Adriane, Carla, Daniel, Amber, & Giovanni & one great great grandchild Mia Sanchez; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (La Funeraria de NUESTRO Pueblo), 426 E.
