Dear Velez family,After reading about Brenda's life I wanted to send my condolences. She seems like a wonderful woman that I would have been privileged to know. I know that at first it may be hard to cope, but what has helped me in times past are the Bible's promises. For instance, Acts chapter twenty-four, verse 15 reveals that there will, âbe a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.â I love that scripture because it gives us hope that we can see all of our loved ones that we have lost in death once more. It may seem too good to be true, but God's word is focused on telling us how this and other Bible prophecies will come true. These promises reveal that God cares for mankind and plans on getting rid of tragedies we now face. There are many more promises in the Bible that can encourage us, but I hope this brief scripture helped you as much as it has me. With sympathy, Candace

I know that Brenda is now in the hands of our heavenly father. I pray for her children and her family that they may have peace and the strength they need. During times like this, it is important to think about the true meaning of life. It is a moment to contemplate in the Lord, the Giver of Life, Our Creator, Our Lord and Savior. Most importantly we can think about where we stand with the ones we love. Tommorow is not promised. May God Bless all of you dearly. With Sympathy and much respect, -Yolanda (Jimenez) Padilla
