Obituary of Maria Pabon

Maria G. Pabon, age 96, entered into the Gates of Heaven onto the Golden Streets on November 20, 2010 in Bridgeport Hospital. Maria was born in Medellin, Colombia but had moved to the United States since 1984. Maria is the widow of the Late Ramon A. Pabon. Maria Leaves to cherish her memory her sons Humberto Pabon, Dario Pabon, Hernan Pabon and Jairo Pabon; Daughters Ligia Pabon, Blanca Hunt and Amparo Ramos; 26 grandchildren with special mention of Jonathan Pabon who she raised as her own son; and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 beginning at 6:00 P.M. until end of Service at the Good Shepherd Christian Church, 725 Hancock Avenue, Bridgeport, Rev. Simon Castillo, Officiating. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the church followed by interment in Park Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT; The Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( la Funeraria de NUESTRO Pueblo ), 426 E.
